Lonely Life : Prayer For The Single And Married.

LONELY LIFE : PRAYER FOR THE SINGLE AND MARRIED.
 Today, the World can boast of over 6billion  people leaving in the world of today. But, many people are lonely. One woman told me she has outlived every close relative or friend in her life. In her loneliness, she wonders why God allows her to remain. Before we discuss how we can overcome loneliness with prayer, it is important to see how we can practically overcome the greatest and common reason why majority of people become lonely and how to practically overcome the stress of the lonely life they are living.

 Divorce, is one of the major cause of loneliness. Marriage, the Bible says, is an institution and must be enjoyed. But today, some women marry as if they are ready for divorce. Everything about your house, love, children, finance and prayer life must be discourse with your spouse. Even, when you dream. everything in the home is owned by " Us " not " me ".
two of you come from different backgrounds, training and upbringing. When and where there are difference as a Christian, resolve it timely. Third party may not be as good except when necessary. verbal wars, insults, quarrels, abuse, demeaning statements about your husband and children will lead to divorce. The home is where you have a family and not a "me" thing. Your home must be a team and that is why it is called a Family. The truth is that "Divorce", made you lonely even when you are married.
 If you are lonely, perhaps, I can offer some encouragement using the words of God. Learn contentment. Read Philippians 4:10-13, then ask God to help you to depend on him each day and to learn to be content in any situation. Many people are lonely today, because they build wall instead of bridges.
If you are lonely, I find this prayer points useful for you. "Lord, when I need someone to talk to, may I also find comfort, as well as pleasure in talking to you. And as I talk to you, may you speak continually back to my heart and may you be my daily companion who keeps me company, as you walk with me each and everyday". Amen.
       Do good for someone. Read Hebrews 10:21-25, then look for someone in need of help. You'll get rid of loneliness for both of you. Worship with other believers. These actions will redirect your thinking and remind you that when you know God you are not alone.
In all, never go to sleep with a difference. Proverbs 15:1 says " a soft answer turned away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger". Be at peace with all in your house, toe the path of peace and it will be well with your relationship and Marriage.
                    Prayer For The Single And Married.
1. Let every imagination of the enemy against my marital life be destroyed. In Jesus name I pray.
2.I confess Christ as my foundation for laying new and lasting relationships. I declare that my marriage is safe and secure in Christ as my foundation( Ezekiel 21:30 ).
3. Lord, what is the advantage of been the son of God! Lord I pray in your name that while I am single, may you be the one to whom I married, Lord when I got lonely, may you through your holy Spirit, be the one who comforts my heart.
4. By the power in the blood of Jesus and in your name O Lord, I am cleansed and set aside, chosen for a joyful, secure and blessed relationship(John 15:!6).
5.Job seek help from God in prayer. God declared him untouchable by building an edge round about him. By your name O Lord, I shut every power, spirit, demons, wickedness of the wicked that are planning to destroy my marriage, made my relationship and marriage untouchable, in the name of Jesus.

How Do I Pray.

                                     HOW DO I PRAY.
How we Christians of all Nations speak to god in prayer may differs but one thing that is common is that we are both having a conversation with God in prayer. However, regardless of how you pray, the bible tells us that " there never is a night or day when God can not hear us as we pray. There is no time, there is no place, that we are beyond his love and Grace.
 With this word of God, there is no time you pray that God will not answer you. No prayer time. No prayer method and No prayer techniques with God. Simply ask "ask and you shall be given". Done your own part in prayer by ask and surrender the rest to God.
Did you remember the song we usually sing to the Lord?. If you have forgotten, I wish I could remember you. It goes thus " I surrender all, I surrender all, I surrender, I surrender all, unto Jesus, blessed savior, I surrender all. You can sing this songs for as long as the holy spirits permits you.
The Bible says God will either give you what you  ask for or something far better. God does nothing  except in answer to prayer.
a sample way of how to pray, may include but not limited to the following:
1.Sing song of praises to the Lord thanking him for how far he has helped you in the journey of your life. Philipians 4 : 6-7 says "pray without being anxious, to pray about everything and to pray with thankfully hearts.
2.Beg for the forgiveness of your sins by saying " Lord I thank you for you are my deliverer, my shield, my buckler and my tower. Father, have mercy upon me and cleanse me from all my sins.
3. Begin to cover yourself, household, job and properties with the blood of Jesus. This is a powerful prayer of protection on its own. Humble yourself in prayer. The Lord hears the prayers of the justified and the humble. Psalm 37:4 said " Delight thyself also in the LORD and he shall give thee the desires of the HEART.
4.Pray with prayer points. God is more interested in what comes from your mouth( your prayer points ) than the beauty of your words. God loves you to pray with authority. Instead of you saying " Lord I do not know how I am going to do this, say Lord, I can't wait to see how you do this".
5.Claim and pray Psalm 20.
6.Cover your prayers with the blood of Jesus by saying " I cover my prayers with the blood of Jesus. Thank you Lord for answering my prayers in Jesus Name. With faith always believe that your prayer has been answered.
Learn how to pray. The Bible says, " who has learned to pray has learned the greatest secret of a holy and happy life".
                                             Prayer.
Refuse to be fearful about what happen to you. God is faithful and he will take care of you if you trust him. I am not afraid of the devil. The devil can handle me. But he can not handle the one to who I am joined; he can not handle the one to whom I am united; he can not handle the one who's name is above all names and by whose names all knees shall bow.
